1. Step 1

   Send an enquiry

   Your dates, the number of people and rooms, and your company. By form, email or phone.

2. Step 2

   Confirmation and cost approval

   We confirm the rooms. Send us your company’s cost approval in writing, and the invoice will go to your company.

3. Step 3

   Arrival

   Check-in is 14:00–⁠18:00. Your staff give us a quick call about 10 minutes before they arrive, and we hand over the keys.
